Retained Childcare Services
Retained childcare offers any business the opportunity to reserve childcare space at Footsteps for their employees to use as and when needed. This is particularly beneficial in circumstances where parents are let down by their current provider or a grandparent for example being unable to care for their child for some reason.
Any employee needing to use Footsteps would arrive at the nursery, identify themselves as an employee of your business and, following a short registration, they can leave their child in our care.
Discounted Childcare
If 5 or more colleagues use Footsteps Day Nurseries as their childcare provider, the will receive a 5% discount off our standard fees. To apply, all parents will need to do is produce proof of employment.
Childcare Vouchers & Salary Sacrifice
We can help you set up childcare vouchers to offer your colleagues up to £243.00 per month paid from their salary either direct to Footsteps or given to them in the form of childcare vouchers.
The £243.00 is free from tax and NI contributions for both the employee and the employer.
