At Footsteps we have a strict recruitment process to ensure that we select the right person for the job. All new starters are Criminal Records Bureau checked on starting with the company.

Our people receive a comprehensive induction programme of training as they start their career with us. Their induction covers subjects such as Paediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene and the extensive Base Room Practices to familiarise themselves with our standards and procedures. All are given the opportunity to improve their qualifications whilst employed with us, therefore improving the level of care we offer.
