Our Teams

We select carers for our nurseries based on their experience and qualifications to build and develop a team that can deliver a fully rounded childcare experience. Our comprehensive 12 week staff induction programme covers all aspects of nursery operation and extensive Base Room Practices to familiarise themselves with our standards and procedures. All of our staff are CRB checked on joining (CRB - Criminal Records Bureau) and are required to complete both Paediatric First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene.

Our People

Our settings are run by qualified, experienced managers and staff who ensure the children in our care receive the very best of everything. Each room has a senior who continually monitors the daily activities of all of the staff and children. Each child has a 'Key Person' who offers the child stability and familiarity giving them the one to one care they have grown to understand and rely on.

Training and Development

We actively promote the development of all of our staff to be the very best
that they can be. Our salary structure rewards staff for improving
their qualification level and overall skill set.
